Hannah Gail

No facade, no holding back, brutal honesty and an emotional wreck is what you get from 20-year-old Hannah Gail. With raw emotions and heartfelt lyrics with great pop hooks, you also get a safe space to be who you are and to feel whatever you feel. If you are a fan of artists like Jessie Murph, Em Beihold, Billie Eilish and Demi Lovato, then you will love what Hannah is bringing to the plate.

Being part Texan and part Norwegian, her influences through life have defined her musical identity which brings out her own original expression. Growing up in Porsgrunn, Norway, but influenced by American pop-culture from a young age, also gives her a unique ability to share her own stories with both vulnerability and fearlessness. If home is where your heart is, Hannah’s belongs on stage.

Hannah has made her name known through the talent competition for youth (UKM). She also won the audience prize at the Children's Grand Prix in Porsgrunn, Norway in 2014, where she performed Rihanna's "Stay". In 2016, she performed at an arrangement called "KickOffSkien", which was for youth in the local town. The Main Level, Kløver og Skarre R and Victoria Nadine are some of the other artists that performed there as well.

“I might be depressed, but at least I can make good music out of it, and have the opportunity to help others”

Her passion for music is growing more and more everyday. Making music has become therapy for Hannah, and it's her way of connecting with her own feelings and a way to communicate with others. Her songs are inspired by her own life and what she has been through. Her lyrics can seem dark, but at the same time they are vulnerable, true and personal. Mental health is something that is very important to her, and she wants to shed light on how important it is through her music, and that's why she thinks it's important to write songs that are 100% honest. It's important for Hannah that people can relate to her songs and put their own life and story into them, and make the songs their own.
